UNIVERSAL FIXER 1000ml is used after the perm solution application, the fixing solution secures the curls formed by the rollers. Contains a silicon-based cationic emulsion that enhances the effect of the perm solution and the resulting perm results.
USAGE: fix the perm with "Life Universal Neutralizer" for 15 minutes, rinse, remove the rollers, and refix the curls for 3-5 minutes.
