USAGE: wash hair with a deep-cleansing shampoo REVIATALIZING SHAMPOO and towel dry. Roll hair onto curlers, apply the perm solution to each curl, and let it process
for 18-20 minutes. Check the effect of the solution every 5 minutes. After processing time, rinse the solution with water and towel dry. Then carefully apply "Life Universal Neutralizer" on each curler and leave for 5 minutes. Remove curlers, reapply the neutralizer for another 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.
